1. Digital Services Nature

BluekaisTech provides digital services, including but not limited to:

  • Pay-Per-Click Advertising

  • Social Media Marketing & Ads

  • Website Design & Development

  • Lead Generation & Analytics

Due to the nature of digital services, once work has started, costs are immediately incurred.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Payment was made by mistake or duplicated

  • Service has not yet started

  • A written refund request is submitted within 24–48 hours of payment

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • SEO services once initiated

  • Paid advertising spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

  • One-time setup fees

  • Customized website or marketing work

  • Monthly or retainer-based services after work has begun


4. Advertising Platform Costs

Any budget spent on third-party platforms such as:

  • Google Ads

  • Facebook / Instagram Ads

  • Other paid media platforms

is non-refundable, as these charges are controlled by the respective platforms, not BluekaisTech.


5. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The project is cancelled before completion

  • A portion of the service has not yet been delivered

Any partial refund amount will be determined solely at the discretion of BluekaisTech after evaluating work already completed.


6. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at info@bluekaistech.com

  2. Mention your name, service purchased, payment date, and reason for refund

  3. Our team will review and respond within 5–7 business days

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.


7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Immediate service suspension

  • Termination of the contract

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns.


8. Changes to This Refund Policy

BluekaisTech reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
